Israel Convicts 2 Youths in 2014 Killing of Palestinian Teen

JERUSALEM —  Jerusalem court on Monday convicted two Israeli youths in the grisly killing last year of 16-year-old Palestinian Mohammed Abu Khdeir, while delaying a verdict for the third suspect in the case due to a last-minute insanity plea.

The killing of Abu Khdeir, who was burned to death, was in revenge for the killing of three Israeli teens in the West Bank — slayings that set off a chain of events that led to the 50-day Gaza war in the summer of 2014.
Monday’s verdict could further increase Israeli-Palestinian tensions amid a two-month violence that has been convulsing the region.

In the ruling, Judge Jacob Zaban determined that the third suspect, 31-year-old Yosef Haim Ben David, and two Israeli minors — whose names were not released — had abducted Abu Khdeir from an east Jerusalem sidewalk in July 2014 and burned him alive in a forest outside the city.

BUHARI'S MESSAGE TO THE AWOLOWO'S HOME

Buhari-sketch-Copy

The spectacle of Muhammadu Buhari in Ikenne last week at the final burial ceremonies for Chief Obafemi Awolowo’s much-treasured wife, HID, almost defies definition.

Not even the fact that Awo’s grandson-in-law, Yemi Osinbajo, is the Vice President, could douse a sneaky suspicion that Buhari had come for some kind of atonement or quell a palpable rumination of an interesting kind: Were Awo to suddenly show up from somewhere in that house, his trademark glasses perfectly perched on his nose and hands in pockets, what would President Buhari have said in answer to the simple question: how do you do, Muhammadu?

10 Things Having Too Much Sex Can Do To Your Body

According to a publication by JUSTMOMMIES, “Having too much sex can hurt your chances of getting pregnant because a man who ejaculates frequently doesn’t have enough time to replenish high quality amounts of sperm.”
Is the above statement totally true? The answer is No! This is because there is nothing like too much sex for healthy married man and woman who are below 40 and 35 years respectively. Also, a healthy man is able to replenish his full supply of sperms within 24 hours.

Abstaining from sex for at least a week according to some sexologists (that is sex experts), and then ‘go for broke’ (that is not having sex) gives a woman better chances of getting pregnant especially on the expected day of ovulation, as the man will produce better quality sperms by then.

How do you feel about the Super Eagles qualification to the next round of the World Cup Qualifiers?

Naturally! I feel very excited and fulfilled about it, but again I must talk about the calibre of teams that qualified.

I think they are the best 20 teams in Africa if I’m not mistaking and any of these teams can qualify. So we have to intensify our efforts, go the extra mile, put in our best, we have to be total for us to qualify. There are no minnows in football and these are the heavy weights in football. However, we’ve started re-strategizing.
